EmotionArt – Episode 9 Judith Beheading Holofernes by Artemisia Gentileschi

EmotionART is a project created to thrill the audience, move our feelings and touch our hearts. 3rd year CSE Biligual Section students invite us to know a little bit about these famous landmarks in the history of Art and to discover the emotions portrayed in the paintings. EmotionART is a tour all along the history timeline to enjoy how artists wanted to represent deep human feelings in their works. In their podcasts, we will learn about Klimt, Rossetti, Picasso, Murillo, Cabanel, Da Vinci, Munch, Michelangelo, Botticelli, among others. Emotions such as fear, serenity, bravery, love, maternity, anxiety, remorse, guilt, faith, beauty will be the key elements in our project.

In our ninth episode, Natalia Puerto Arjona is the Judith in Artemisia Gentileschi’s Judith Beheading Holofernes, a painting which depicts REVENGE and ANGER.
