MYTHOMAPS is the name of a school task where students analyse world myths and legends. As part of the School Linguistic Project, the aims comprise the use of linguistic skills, in the oral and written mediums, as well a detailed study of the topics developed.

The Roswell incident refers to the July 1947 crash of a US Army Air Forces balloon at a ranch near Roswell. New Mexico, as well as the subsequent conspiracy theories that claim the crash was actually that of a flying saucer, and that the truth is being covered up by the US government.

Was it a flying saucer? Was it a weather balloon? What happened? We invite you to get a closer look at this amazing incident.
